The 163-foot fishing vessel Sandy Point and the 660-foot Eurus London collided Wednesday night about eight miles south of Gulfport, near Ship Island in the Gulf of Mexico, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.
Thirteen crewmembers of the Sandy Point, which operates out of Omega Protein's Moss Point plant, were rescued.
The identities of the three missing crewmembers were not released Thursday. The cause of the collision remained under investigation.
